ICF International received an Outstanding Contractor Award from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Administration for Children and Families (ACF) for exceptional support to two programs:
- Assets for Independence (AFI)—a program that helps low-income individuals save money and gain economic self-sufficiency
- ASSET Initiative—an interagency and regionally-based effort to connect more families to asset building services
Through ICF's two contracts, we provide specialized national and regional support through activities such as:
- Grants management
- Training events for potential applicants and grantees
- A resource center for grantee support, including a revamped website and help desk
- Information management systems.
- Coordination and training of regional AFI experts
