ICF International and the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) are hosting a combined webinar series consisting of three, live, instructor-led 90-minute sessions on February 28, March 6, and March 13, 2012. ICF's Ethan Sanders will lead this interactive online workshop where key components of a successful leadership development program (LDP) evaluation will be identified, and the practical steps for implementing an evaluation will be presented.
Attendees will also hear answers to important questions that guide the evaluation of leadership development programs, such as:
- What role does my organization’s culture play in evaluation?
- How can I measure the impact of a new leadership development program?
- How can I measure the impact of an existing leadership development?
- How will I plan and design the evaluation?
- What are the most likely barriers I will face during the evaluation, and how can I overcome them?
This program is designed for workplace learning and performance professionals who are interested in developing their ability to measure the impact of leadership development programs.
