Damian Liska is a training technologies specialist providing end-to-end eLearning solutions in adult education. His specializations include e-Learning programming, graphic and multi-media design, and learning management system (LMS) administration. Mr. Liska has worked with a variety of public and private sector clients to deliver customized e-Learning solutions that push the bounds of typical development, while ensuring an engaging, educational experience.
Mr. Liska has a graduate degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from George Mason University, where he focused his research and studies on organizational training and individual development through computer/web-based formats and Web 2.0 technologies, teamwork, and group dynamics, including those affected by technology-enabled work arrangements such as telework. He is a member of the Society for Industrial/Organizational Psychology (SIOP) and the American Psychological Association (APA).
