He is a member of the Society for Industrial/Organizational Psychology (SIOP) and the American Psychological Association (APA).

    Michael Raines has more than 12 years of experience creating and maintaining websites and interactive media for a variety of clients and industries. His work has included use of industry standards such as Adobe Flash as well as creation of custom back-end applications. He has been either the lead or the sole developer for many of the projects he has worked on, seeing the projects from design stage through completion. Mr. Raines continually seeks new tools and technologies that allow him to improve and expand the user experience.
